Mold production

1. We can produce injection mold, hardware mold, silicone mold, die casting mold; Injection mold manufacturing can be from 100KG weight to 20T weight.

2.Each year, about 80 new development projects and 430 new mold development projects are developed.

3. Since 2022, our company has introduced mold automation equipment, which has greatly improved production efficiency and delivery time while saving labor costs.

Product testing

We have one ZEISS automatic three-dimension measuring instrument and one CROMA8106 three-dimension measuring instrument

We are equipped with a testing room to perform qualification testing on all products, and make an annual calibration plan for all testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of each equipment’s functions and tolerances.

Product injection molding

We have a total of 15 sets of single/dual color injection molding machines, which are convenient for mold testing or production. Based on customer’s requirements, we can provide full-size product testing, parameter report retention, long-term operation and mold trial video and other services.

Laser engraving

Our company has a mature laser engraving technology, laser engraving is also known as laser, this engraving technology engraved words without marks, the surface of the object is still smooth, writing will not wear and have light transmission. Often used in the car steering wheel keys, central control switch keys and other car switch keys.

Finished product assembly

We have a professional production workshop. OEM products can be processed, OEM processing plant must have qualified purification workshop. Laboratory, production equipment, advanced laboratory equipment. Workshop equipment is an important factor affecting product quality and efficiency.

Finished product testing

After the finished product is assembled, in order to meet the product quality requirements, we will conduct tests in our laboratory according to the product, such as high and low temperature test, drop test, drawing force test, life test, etc. We can issue experimental reports or cooperate with third-party laboratories to issue third-party test certificates.
